Ground feeders are designed to provide a feeding area for native sparrows, doves and others, while keeping the seed off the ground to prevent spoilage. Made from 7/8 inch inland red cedar, zinc plated screws, and a double screen bottom to drain moisture and allow seed to dry. The 2 inch deep sides prevent birds from scatching seed out on the ground making this an excellent feeder to set on decks and patios.
