Wild Bird Habitat Store Policies

Placing Orders:

Orders may be placed on-line over Wild Bird Habitat’s secure server Authorize.Net using any major credit or debit card. Phone orders are also accepted as are mail orders. Mail order purchases made by personal check will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Shipping:

All products purchased from the Wild Bird Habitat Store will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) using a UPS Calculator. Customers pay only for shipping charges calculated by UPS. Wild Bird Habitat will not add additional charges to the calculated shipping costs. Products will be shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. If a product is temporarily out of stock, or on special order products, WBH will contact the customer with a ship date. Please make certain your e-mail address and phone number is included when placing an order. A full refund will be made if the customer decides to cancel their order due to a delay in shipping.

Manufacturer’s Warranties & Guarantees:

A variety of products sold by the Wild Bird Habitat Store have a manufacturer’s Lifetime Guarantee. (Check the manufacturer’s warranty or contact WBH.)  If a product with a lifetime guarantee becomes damaged during use you may return that product, or the damaged component of that product, to the Wild Bird Habitat Store for repair or replacement. Wild Bird Habitat will return your repaired product or new components to you for the cost of return shipping only. You also have the option to contact the manufacturer to repair the problem.

Products with limited warranties:

Many products sold by the Wild Bird Habitat Stores have limited warranties up to 5 years. (Check the manufacturer’s warranty or contact WBH.) If a product with a limited warranty becomes damaged during use you may return that product, or the damaged component of that product, to the Wild Bird Habitat Store for repair or replacement. You must include the date when the product was purchased from WBH. Wild Bird Habitat will return your repaired product or new components to you for the cost of return shipping only. You also have the option to contact the manufacturer to repair the problem.

Products not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or warranty has expired:

If a product purchased from the Wild Bird Habitat Store is damaged during use and that product is not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, or the warranty has expired, Wild Bird Habitat will continue to make necessary repairs or supply replacement parts for the cost of the parts plus shipping. Please call for a quote on repair service or parts.

Products damaged in transit:

If a product purchased from the Wild Bird Habitat Store is damaged in the shipping process just return that product to Wild Bird Habitat for immediate replacement or for a prompt refund.

Return policy:

Your satisfaction with any product purchase from the Wild Bird Habitat Store is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to WBH for a full refund provided the product has not been used. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of a product you may return the used product to WBH and receive a store credit for the purchase price of the returned product.
