Droll Yankees is recognized by birding authorities as the makers of the World’s Best Bird Feeders.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Droll Yankees will replace any defective parts, free of charge, for as long as you own your Droll Yankees feeder. If your feeder is badly damaged by squirrels, to the extent that the effectiveness of the feeder is compromised, Droll Yankees will, at its option, either repair, replace, or send replacement parts, free of charge. This warranty does not extend to damage through neglect, accident or misuse.

Yankee Flipper Lifetime Warranty Coverage:
The YF feeder body: comprised of the tube, bail wire, bail rod, cap, feed port, cone and silo assembly, and the base are covered by Droll Yankees Lifetime Warranty. The Droll Yankees Lifetime Warranty does not extend to damage through neglect, accident, misuse or disassembly.
Yankee Flipper Limited Warranty Coverage:
The Yankee Flipper (YF) power-stick and battery charger are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Droll Yankees will repair or replace, at the company’s option, the power-stick and/or battery charger free of charge. This limited warranty does not cover the following: failure due to improper use, cleaning, neglect, abuse, modification, disassembly, or falls. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser possessing a valid sales receipt.
Except as set forth above, no other express or implied warranty of any kind or nature is given by Droll Yankees in connection with the purchase or use of the Yankee Flipper. In no event shall Droll Yankees be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the ownership or use of the Yankee Flipper.
Good day. Reading the warranty above, the first line states:
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Droll Yankees will replace any defective parts, free of charge, for as long as you own your Droll Yankees feeder.
I contacted Perkypet/Yankee/warranty claim. ON the phone the contracted teleperson (a foreigner with heavy accent) stated the warranty will only be covered for 2 years and that ONLY from squirrel damage. I’d need to photograph the damage and email the photos to DY.
My Droll Yankees® Ring Pull Tube Bird Feeder – 1 Lb does not have squirrel damage from chewing. BUT the bottom of the tube is cracking through the holes. That could be from the weight of squirrels hanging on the bottom feeder stations. Which they do. but it’s not chew marks.
SO two problems here:
1. Replacement as long as I own the feeder for defective materials which mine has… How do I obtain this replacement tube?
2. Have they changed their warranty policy??? Their site doesn’t list warranty anyplace anymore…

Unfortunately that is what happens when a family owned business retires and has no one to hand down the business to, they sell out for money. Sorry but I cannot get any more parts for any Droll Yankee feeders and I do not have anything left over on hand to send you. It disappoints us as well that we are unable to help any customers and that their promise was a lifetime warranty, which is no longer available. Again sorry for the trouble, I would try the number I gave you if you have not already. But you are going to ask for this part instead: a tube for the New Generation Sunflower Feeder and you just received last summer. DO NOT mention you have a pull ring feeder, but the description I mentioned is the exact same tube for you pull ring feeder (which they stop producing over 5 years ago). You will just have to let them know if it has 4 ports (a 15″ tube) or 6 ports (a 23″ tube). Sorry I couldn’t be more help but hopefully this helps.

I have a droll yankee new generation feeder that i purchased maybe 6 or so years ago. Apparently a squirrel must have been hanging on it & pulled the bottom off (it did not pull down the whole feeder), & i can’t find all the pieces! I found the bottom plate, the ring the birds stand on (the piece that the squirrels grab onto that flings them off), a small round piece that ACCEPTS the ring that the birds stand on; but I can’t find the spring , the nut, & the lock (?) washer & i don’t know if I am missing anything else. But i also am not sure how to put it all back together – eg, what goes where (could use directions!) Can you help?

I have 2 Yankee flipper feeders. On one of them, two of the three plastic flanges on the motorized segment that hold the motor to the tube have broken off. How do I get a replacement piece?

Hello, I own two of these feeders. One of them will no longer hold up the dome of Yankee Droll feeder. There is a rubber piece and a screw which appears to be stripped. I bought on Amazon. I cannot find the replacement part anywhere. Please advise.

Hi, I have a roll flipper birdfeeder and the plastic is cracked and some animal has tried to bite through the top and there are scratch marks I was wondering if I could get these replaced
